We offer features such as complaint management, property management tools, and online payment processing for rental transactions. Stazy does not own, operate, or manage the properties listed on the platform.

3. User Responsibilities

Account Information: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any actions taken under your account.
Compliance with Laws: Users agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations related to property rental and management, including tenant and landlord rights.
Payments: You agree to pay any fees or charges associated with your rental arrangements as outlined by the property owner or manager. All payments processed through Stazy are subject to our Refund Policy.

4. Property Listings and Information

Accuracy of Information: Property listings, photos, descriptions, and rates are provided by the property owners or managers. Stazy is not responsible for verifying the accuracy or reliability of this information and does not guarantee the quality or suitability of any property listed.
Third-Party Liability: Stazy is a facilitator of transactions between tenants and property operators. We are not liable for any disputes or issues arising from inaccuracies, misleading information, or damages related to a property.

5. Payment Processing and Refunds

Failed Transactions: Stazy will process refunds for failed transactions within 3 to 5 working days, as outlined in our Refund Policy. Additional time may be required depending on the user’s bank.
Non-Failed Transaction Refunds: Any refunds or credits related to property disputes, cancellations, or deposits are the sole responsibility of the property owner, manager, or company associated with the property. Stazy does not manage these refunds and cannot be held liable for them.

6. User Conduct

Prohibited Activities: Users agree not to misuse the platform by engaging in activities that may harm Stazy or other users, such as:
- Posting false or misleading information.
- Attempting to access other users’ accounts.
- Engaging in fraudulent transactions or activities.
- Violating intellectual property rights.
Penalties for Misuse: Stazy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account found to be in violation of these terms.

7. Privacy and Data Security

Data Collection: Stazy collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you agree to our data practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
Security: Stazy implements industry-standard security measures to protect user data. However, we cannot guarantee that our systems are fully secure from unauthorized access.

8. Limitation of Liability

Platform Limitations: Stazy provides tools to facilitate communication and transactions between tenants and property operators. However, we do not own or control any properties and are not responsible for any disputes, injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of using Stazy.
Indirect Damages: Stazy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, including, but not limited to, loss of profits or data.

9. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of Stazy or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior permission.
User Content: By uploading or submitting any content on Stazy, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute this content for purposes related to the platform.

10. Modification of Terms

Stazy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the platform after modifications constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Termination of Use

Termination Rights: Stazy reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access for violations of these Terms and Conditions, misuse of the platform, or failure to comply with any legal obligations.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any stored data, except as required by law. Stazy may retain certain information for legal and operational purposes.
