- Compliance with Laws: Users agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations related to property rental and management, including tenant and landlord rights.
- Payments: You agree to pay any fees or charges associated with your rental arrangements as outlined by the property owner or manager. All payments processed through Stazy are subject to our Refund Policy.
4. Property Listings and Information
- Accuracy of Information: Property listings, photos, descriptions, and rates are provided by the property owners or managers. Stazy is not responsible for verifying the accuracy or reliability of this information and does not guarantee the quality or suitability of any property listed.
- Third-Party Liability: Stazy is a facilitator of transactions between tenants and property operators. We are not liable for any disputes or issues arising from inaccuracies, misleading information, or damages related to a property.
5. Payment Processing and Refunds
- Failed Transactions: Stazy will process refunds for failed transactions within 3 to 5 working days, as outlined in our Refund Policy. Additional time may be required depending on the user’s bank.
- Non-Failed Transaction Refunds: Any refunds or credits related to property disputes, cancellations, or deposits are the sole responsibility of the property owner, manager, or company associated with the property. Stazy does not manage these refunds and cannot be held liable for them.
6. User Conduct
- Prohibited Activities: Users agree not to misuse the platform by engaging in activities that may harm Stazy or other users, such as:
- Posting false or misleading information.
- Attempting to access other users’ accounts.
- Engaging in fraudulent transactions or activities.
- Violating intellectual property rights.
- Penalties for Misuse: Stazy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account found to be in violation of these terms.
7. Privacy and Data Security
- Data Collection: Stazy collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you agree to our data practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
